Let me introduce ourselves. We are Patti and Dave Olson from Minnesota, home of many good Swedish-American Olsons. Our 2007 tour to Scandinavia was our first international trip, and it was absolutely the BEST. We shared the experience with Dave's parents, Jack and Lillian, who traveled with us. Choosing a Rick Steves tour was the smartest thing the four of us could have done. We are pleased to share our images with you and hope you enjoy our adventures. The pages presented on this website are the actual pages from our scrapbook that was printed and bound and now sits on a shelf on our library. I am an avid digital  scrapbooker and enjoyed reliving our memories as I preserved them. The text on these pages is from the journal I kept as we traveled.

Our fourteen days in Scandinavia were filled with memorable moments. Of course, the people we shared these moments with, our tour mates, made the moments even more enjoyable. Be sure to check out the story of me acting in the Danish apotek or the fish soup I THOUGHT I was trying on top of the world in Norway. These are just two of the special memories from our voyage preserved on these pages.

As I stated, I am a passionate scrapbooker. One thing I am not is a web designer. This is my first attempt at building a website and it was an interesting experience. Unfortunately, because of the format of the scrapbook pages, I had to create some of the web pages wider than older monitors will allow. I apologize if you need to scroll horizontally.
